I don’t think of myself as either butch or femme, and I hardly ever use nail polish in my everyday life, but femme flagging is too cool a concept to pass up on. First picture is from my first attempt, I mixed a blue and a pink nail polish in an attept to get something purplish, but it because some really weird colour that was blue, pink and green in different lights. Anyways, light purplish for queer, I had it on both ring fingers.
Then I bought myself some dark green nail polish and found my red one so I could mix a better purple, so now I have purple on my left (for who I’m looking for) for queer and dark green on my right (for who I am myself) for specifically genderqueer, as seen in the genderqueer pride flag.
